How to claim it yourself
Send a written claim to the airline within one year of the flight. It must answer within 30 days. If you disagree with the answer, file a complaint with the Canadian Transportation Agency.
The claim services we work with (AirHelp, Compensair) take EU and UK cases; AirHelp says it doesn’t handle Canada’s APPR claims. Under these rules you claim from the airline directly, which is free.
